May 3rd, 2022 – Victoria, BC – Sooke School District No. 62 has chosen Book King’s Recreation Management Software by Pacific Tier Solutions based in Victoria, BC.
Book King’s Scheduling and Public Access Modules were recently selected by Sooke School District No. 62 on Vancouver Island. The software application was chosen by School District due to the extremely user-friendly interface for both their staff and the public to use as well as their highly regarded training and support services. Book King is pleased to welcome another British Columbia school district to the growing client base, this will be the 9th installation of School Districts in the province.
Sooke School District will be implementing the Book King Recreation Software in June 2022. Book King’s Scheduling and Public Access Website Modules will provide the district with an advanced yet affordable management software system to help them manage their various facilities for community use of schools.
With the implementation of Book King, Sooke School District can offer a more streamlined process for managing bookable spaces. The software will save time and money by reducing staff workload and administrative overhead by improving the scheduling and invoicing business processes. Book King’s web-based solution will provide the district with a centralized database accessible from any computer with an internet connection.
The partnership will have the Book King Team and Sooke School District working together to implement the application to meet their scheduling requirements. As a hosted solution, Book King is easy to implement as IT resources are not required for installation and maintenance. Users can be up and running within days.
